Applications
Sucralose is a high-intensity artificial sweetener with high safety, zero calorie and strong sweetness. It does not participate in human metabolism and will not cause blood sugar fluctuation, suitable for diabetic and obese population. Widely used in food industry: beverages, confectionery, baked goods, dairy products, preserved fruits and seasoning additives to replace sucrose.
In health products and pharmaceutical industry, it is used as flavoring and sweetener for oral tablets, syrups and granules to mask bitter taste. Also applied in daily chemical products such as toothpaste and mouthwash for flavor correction. It has good acid and high temperature resistance, suitable for high-temperature processing food technology, and is one of the most widely used functional sweeteners at present.
Safety Information
This product is low-toxic, non-irritating and safe for conventional use. Normal skin contact basically causes no discomfort; dust inhalation in a large amount may cause slight respiratory tract dryness and throat discomfort. Accidental ingestion of conventional dose has no toxic side effects, excessive intake may cause mild gastrointestinal bloating.
Eye contact with dust needs timely rinsing with clean water. No obvious environmental toxicity, but not allowed to be discharged in large quantities at will. During handling, ordinary dust-proof gloves and masks are sufficient, store sealed and moisture-proof, keep away from strong oxidants. Waste can be disposed as general food additive waste.
