Applications
It is an important fluorinated chloropyridine heterocyclic intermediate.
Active for nucleophilic substitution, Suzuki coupling, Buchwald amination reactions; widely used as building block for antitumor, anti-inflammatory, CNS drugs, kinase inhibitors and small molecule targeted drugs.
Also used as key intermediate for agrochemical fungicides, herbicides and organic optoelectronic materials.
