Applications
3,5-Dichloropyridine is a di-substituted dichloropyridine heterocyclic intermediate.
It is active in nucleophilic substitution, Suzuki coupling, Buchwald amination and cyclization reactions.
Widely used as building block for pharmaceutical intermediates, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and central nervous system drugs; also applied in agrochemical fungicides, herbicides, organic optoelectronic materials and customized fine chemical synthesis.
