Applications
5-Aminopyrimidine is a core pyrimidine heterocyclic intermediate with high chemical activity. It can undergo diazotization, substitution, condensation and coupling reactions, widely used as key building block for antiviral, antitumor, antibacterial and cardiovascular pharmaceutical intermediates. It is also an important raw material for the synthesis of kinase inhibitors, nucleotide derivatives and pesticide fungicides, commonly applied in medicinal chemistry research, organic synthesis and fine chemical industry.
