Applications
2-Amino-3-bromopyridine is an important disubstituted pyridine heterocyclic intermediate with active amino and bromo groups on the pyridine ring. It can undergo diazotization, nucleophilic substitution, Suzuki coupling and Buchwald amination reactions efficiently. It is widely used as key building block for antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and central nervous system pharmaceutical intermediates, kinase inhibitor fragments and targeted small molecule drug synthesis.
