Bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate, with CAS No. 103-23-1, is a high-purity organic fine chemical, belonging to the ester compound series and a common plasticizer. It appears as a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid, with a slight characteristic ester odor, uniform texture and no visible impurities or precipitates. This product has stable physical and chemical properties, excellent compatibility with most organic solvents such as ethanol, ether, benzene and chloroform, as well as good plasticizing, lubricating and low-temperature resistance. As an important organic ester plasticizer, it is widely used in chemical industry, plastic processing, rubber, coating, and textile fields, mainly serving as a plasticizer for PVC and other synthetic resins, improving the flexibility, toughness and processability of products, and also used as a lubricant additive, textile auxiliary and coating plasticizer, providing reliable support for industrial production and processing.
