Description
(R)-(-)-3-HYDROXYBUTYRIC ACID, SODIUM SALT (CAS: 13613-65-5) is a chiral hydroxy acid sodium salt (C?H?NaO?, MW 126.09), white to off-white solid (purity ≥98.0% HPLC), hygroscopic. It is an endogenous metabolite, which can be used as a nutritional source and precursor of vitamins and antibiotics. It is widely used in biomedical research, pharmaceutical synthesis, cosmetics and chemical synthesis. Store sealed in cool and dry conditions to avoid agglomeration caused by moisture absorption.
