Main Uses

Biomedical Research: As a cell-permeable AMPK (adenosine monophosphate protein kinase) activator, it simulates exercise, regulates lipid and glucose metabolism, inhibits anabolic processes, and is used to study cellular energy metabolism, mitochondrial autophagy and related signaling pathways.
Pharmaceutical Field: Used as a pharmaceutical intermediate for the research and development of drugs for treating acute lymphocyte leukemia, myocardial ischemia, acute kidney injury and other diseases; has potential cardiac protective and anti-tumor effects.
Biochemical Experiment: Used as a biochemical reagent and reference substance, applied in the assay of FAPR-nLuc biosensor activity, and used to study the mechanism of cell proliferation, apoptosis and inflammatory response.
Other Fields: Used in the research of anti-tumor drugs, can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells such as K562, and has a killing effect on imatinib-resistant cells; used in the study of metabolic diseases to provide a research basis for the treatment of diabetes and obesity.
