Manufacturing Process
Benzene undergoes Friedel-Crafts acylation with isobutyryl chloride, followed by α-halogenation and alkaline hydrolysis to introduce hydroxyl group, then vacuum rectification to obtain finished product.

- UV photoinitiator (most universal single-component initiator): Wood UV varnish, plastic UV coating, screen printing ink, offset UV ink, UV adhesive
- Transparent UV system: Optical film, cosmetic nail polish, food packaging coating (low yellowing characteristic)
- Water-based UV resin auxiliary: Mixed use with water-soluble photoinitiators to improve curing speed
