Production Method
- Diazotization: 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine reacts with sodium nitrite under acidic condition to generate diazonium salt
- Coupling: Double coupling with N-(4-chloro-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)acetoacetamide
- Post-treatment: Heating ripening, filtration, washing, drying, milling, surface modification to obtain finished pigment

- Printing inks: Solvent-based gravure ink, offset ink, water-based ink, metal printing ink (high transparency for metallic effect)
- Coatings: Automotive OEM paint, industrial baking enamel, architectural latex paint, wood varnish
- Plastic coloring: HDPE, PP, soft PVC, ABS, unsaturated polyester; suitable for polypropylene fiber spinning, no migration in plasticized PVC
- Textile printing: Pigment printing paste, stable to washing & dry cleaning
- Color matching: Mix with phthalocyanine green to make olive green; blend with carbon black for brown tones
