- Degradation characteristic: Degraded by hyaluronidase enzyme; high temperature, strong acid/alkali break long molecular chains and reduce viscosity
- Acid & Alkali Stability: Stable at pH 5–8; severe chain cleavage below pH 4 or above pH 10
- Thermal Stability: Stable below 60℃; prolonged heating above 80℃ causes molecular weight decline and viscosity loss
