Chemical Properties
- Molecular structure: Natural flavone, four phenolic hydroxyl groups distributed on A and B rings, strong antioxidant activity

- Acid-base performance: Dissolves in dilute alkaline solution to form yellow phenoxide salt; precipitates after acidification
