- Enzymatic degradation: Hyaluronidase can break molecular chain and degrade viscosity
- Thermal stability: Stable below 40°C; long-term heating above 80°C causes molecular chain breakage and viscosity decline
- Photostability: Sensitive to ultraviolet light; long-term light irradiation accelerates degradation and discoloration
