- Quaternary ammonium salt characteristics: Stable in neutral and weak acid environments; demethylation and ring-opening decomposition under strong alkaline heating
- Thermal stability: Stable below 80 ℃; long-term high temperature above 100 ℃ will reduce drug efficacy and produce related impurities
- Photostability: Light-sensitive; long-term UV irradiation turns powder yellow and titer decreases
- Metal ion influence: Heavy metal ions such as iron and copper accelerate oxidative degradation
