Physical Properties
- Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow transparent oily liquid
- Odor: Faint mild organic ester odor
- Solubility: Miscible with polyether polyol, ethyl acetate, acetone, toluene, dichloromethane; slightly soluble in water
- Boiling Point: Decomposes above 240 ℃

Chemical Properties
- Molecular structure: Triester of phosphoric acid with three 2-chloro-1-methylethyl side chains, contains phosphorus and chlorine dual flame retardant elements
- Flame retardant mechanism: High temperature decomposes to form phosphorus carbonized layer, chlorine captures free radicals, synergistic flame retardant effect, low smoke
- Hydrolysis stability: Good hydrolysis resistance under normal processing temperature; long-term boiling with strong acid/alkali breaks ester bonds
- Plasticizing performance: Has certain plasticizing effect, improves material processing fluidity
- Thermal stability: Stable below 180 ℃; above 220 ℃ gradually decomposes and releases hydrogen chloride corrosive gas
- Photostability: Long-term ultraviolet irradiation will gradually deepen yellow color
- Compatibility: Excellent compatibility with rigid/flexible polyurethane foam, epoxy resin, PVC, unsaturated polyester; incompatible with strong alkaline aqueous solution at high temperature

Universal flame retardant for rigid PU thermal insulation foam, soft furniture foam, filling foam; widely used in building insulation, refrigeration equipment, sofa mattresses
2. Plastic & Coating Flame Retardant Additive
Used in PVC resin, epoxy coating, unsaturated polyester resin to improve flame retardant grade and reduce smoke density
3. Adhesive & Sealant Auxiliary
Add flame retardant performance to building adhesives, waterproof sealants without significantly reducing bonding strength
4. Synthetic Leather & Textile Backing Coating
Flame retardant modifier for artificial leather, textile foam coating layer
