- Polycondensation performance: Polymerizes with dicarboxylic acids to make polyester resins, waterborne coating binders
- Photostability: Excellent light resistance, no discoloration under long-term light exposure
- Thermal stability: Stable below 180 °C; prolonged high-temperature heating generates trace aldehyde impurities
- Compatibility: Compatible with most cosmetic raw materials, pharmaceutical excipients and polar solvents; incompatible with strong oxidants and concentrated strong acid under heating
