5. In the agricultural field: Tween 80 can be used as an antistatic agent, as an oiling agent for nylon and viscose cord, and serves as an intermediate for oiling agents in chemical fibers. During the waterproofing process of fabrics, emulsifying silicone oil has a good effect and is used as a water-soluble emulsifier, often mixed with S-80.
